I say pick out the pepper and onions - youll get the flavor without the 'rubbish', as Dean says. and personally, i dont know where to get mexican beer from - id say whatever country you live in would work too

Any decent liquor store should have some Mexican beer........Corona, Tecate, Dos Equis.....are some of the more common onces. But yes, I would think any beer would work just fine. For something like this, I would just use the cheapest I could find.
