After giving up all condiments and cheese, I was pretty sure that I would have to give up ground beef, since I used to always use cheese, mayo, and such on my burgers. Then, one day it hit me to make meatballs by using eggs. Most meatball recipes on the web use eggs, but, they also use bread crumbs. I was not sure if meatballs had to have bread crumbs. To my delight, I found that they absolutely do not.
I just made these tonight, and I did not even use cheese, and they still came out really good. In fact, they are fricken delicious!
Carnivore Meat Balls
3 lbs Ground Beef
3 Eggs
2 cups shredded cheese (optional)
3 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Red Pepper
2 tsp White Pepper
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
I never measure seasoning, so these are best guesstimates on amounts.
Place all of the above into a large mixing bowl and kneed, enough to thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Get 3 or 4 glass pans out and start making the meat balls.
Take a small amount of the mixture and form a ball about the size of... well... a ball.
Roll the balls between the palms of your hands until they are firm.
Place these balls into the glass pans (about 15 per pan).
Place these glass pans into the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 325 F.
They will be heavenly!
If you wish to add shredded cheese, they will become cheesy meat balls. That is, if you can handle the cow pus.

Dean, couldn't you get a little more sexual innuendo into that recipe? _________________ Eat, Drink and Be Merry, For Tomorrow We'll Die |

If you use salt as one of the ingredients, I'd say they probably would be.
Of course, if you use butter, they'd be filled with cow cum.
I think these should definitely be eaten at the back of the Bus! _________________ When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.

How long do y0u massage the balls before you put them in the oven?
How many balls should y0u eat at once?
And are bigger balls better? _________________ Flap-a-doodle-kick-a-poodle-kitty-kitty-cow-cow ~ Fat Freddy's Cat |
