I know I can google chicken heart recipes, but wanted your input.
I shop at the Halal meat market near home and they sell chicken livers in a bag (one size - large) that also contains chicken hearts. I separate the hearts from the livers and then have about 7 chicken liver meals (I like to do a liver bake). However, I don't know what in the hell to do with the hearts.
Any ideas?

When I fixed them, I pan fried them in a little oil. They are a bit chewy, but I don't mind that. I only added a little salt.
I haven't fixed them often, so maybe someone else will have a better idea. |
