Add 1 heaping teaspoon of pure cocoa powder and 4-6 drops of stevia sweetener to 8 ounces of table cream. Blend and drink. If you like it really cold, add 1 or 2 ice cubes.
If you have the powdered stevia in packets, start with one packet, taste test, and adjust. Also, adjust for desired strength of chocolate flavor.
To make it into ice cream , use heavy cream and add an egg yolk or two. After blending, put the mixture in a zip lock baggie. Put that baggie inside a larger zip lock bag along with cracked ice and salt. Rock salt costs less than $2 a bag, and works the best. Keep the bag moving for 20-30 minutes, and you have a serving of chocolate ice cream.
Even better than chocolate ice cream is cherry vanilla, if you can do a few black cherries. Chop 7-8 frozen black cherries and add them along with some vanilla extract, stevia, and optional egg yolks to your tablecream or heavy cream. Follow directions as above.
There are also single serve ice cream makers at Wal Mart, if you don't mind making it in aluminum.
