I've wondered about this one and thought that I'd look for the opinion of others.

I said eat and then go to bed. I never do this, bc I'm not usually hungry late at night, but it's what I'd do. It wouldn't be a huge meal, just something to take the edge off.

Basically the same as Tracy.  It doesn't happen very often, but if I'm hungry, I'll eat.

Actual "haven't eaten all day" hunger, I'd eat a small bit. If I just have munchies, I wouldn't eat before bed. I hate the feeling of food in my stomach when I'm sleeping.

If really hungry, then just enough to take the edge off.

If just feeling like I want to eat from stress, etc, then just go to bed.

I have to eat before bed, otherwise I get terrible pains in my stomach which prevent me from sleeping. As long as it is a carnivorous meal it is all good!!

This is what I'd do as well.  At night,  I don't sleep well on a full stomach.  In front of the TV is a completely different story.

Herbivores and fasting don't go together at all. Herbivores constantly graze!

Dave, I'm glad you are enjoying the Kool-Aid, but, since it's been awhile, perhaps you should be careful of how much your drinking at once. Wow

As long as there's no vegetable matter I'm fine sleeping on a full tummy, in fact I sleep better. Add a bit of salad and I'm tossing and turning and next day have all sorts of burping and er, well, nuff said!
