Hey,
I'm new to this forum but not to nutrition, exercise or a carnivorous diet.
Most exercise and nutrition advice out there is geared towards carbivores. CKD, PWO nutrition, In event nutrition, unnatural exercise programs, etc.... are all designed for those with "carb metabolisms", not for us.
I'm very interested in developing programs specifically for carnivores including, but not limited to:
-Getting down to low body fat % (6 +/- 1, 14 +/- 1 for men and women respectively)
-Increasing performance & Natural Training ( http://movnat.com/media/video )
-Building Muscle
-Healthier physical bodies
While "eat fatty meat and cook it as rare as possible" is great for general health, it does not greatly help those with the above mentioned goals.
Within the next few months, I'd like to see a few stickies/guides which deal with achieving these goals, using my experience, yours and the few relevant research to us out there.
Savage.

Savage!
I'm very intrigued by your intro. No problem with these stickies. PM something to me and I might just post it in the Stickies. I like your desire to get a better physique. That is my goal as well.
Enjoy the trip, Savage.

Thanks!
Dean,
I still haven't written a sticky, it would be useless to write a sticky based on my "theories and knowledge" without getting the results intended.
I'm starting a project pretty soon, will post and see if anyone wants to join in, when I reach my goals along with a few others, we can have a sticky, until then, it's an experiment. |

I developed an allergy/intolerance to beef during the experiment which messed up everything since it kept on going for a good 30days before I figured it out.
It wasn't a total waste as we figured out a simple(not ideal) program to reduce weight rapidly in ZC sedentary individuals, I'll post it along with the current one when it's finished but the main focus is in exercising ZCers. |

Back after being tresspassed from ZIOH(not many test subjects here), some good progress in the last few months, been ZC (meat+water) since March? (although the philly cream cheese chicken is looking better everyday).
Lost about 20lbs, veins on biceps, ribs, hips, one from the waist down, visible six pack outline but no single digit bodyfat, tried some experiments like Kewicks 1000 kcal 80/20, Lyle's PSMF (with no refeeds or cheats), Lyle's PSMF with increased fat and protein with 10g of fishoil to offset rabbit starvation, unlimited artificially fattened meat and some other non-diet related experiments which are better left unmentioned, all of them are useless for ZCers and I'll elaborate more on them when I write the faq.
I still haven't wrote the faqs because I haven't reached my single digit body fat goal or perfected performance training and I don't see a point in giving advice unless you have measurable results, opinions are worthless, results speak for themselves.
I also have a very superficial bloodtest next monday, so I'll post that if it's significant in anyway or different from other people getting tested who are most definitely not ZC.
Not very scientific but I feel like both goals are gonna be met in the next couple of months or so, time will tell, until then, just watching and reading everyone's progress and keeping track of mine to improvise and get results. |

Hi Savage!
Good thing you updated, or I'd of missed it!
Am interested in seeing the results of the blood test if they show any comparative differences!
I am journaling & will keep a look out for your 'goal-posts' too!
Have a great week! ~Cheryl _________________ Make definite assertions. Avoid tame, colorless, hesitating, non-committal language.—Rule 12

My bloodtests are all within normal reference ranges after like 12 or more years of avoiding carbs. So I don't understand why some people insist that for ZC folks normal references ranges are wrong. _________________ "Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." - Hunter Thompson. |

As far as enhancement theBear advice is to use steroids if you want a really great phisique. Hard not to agree with him.
