HELLO EVERYONE:

EXCERSIZE. HMMMM. I GET MY EXCERSIZE AT WORK. I DO GO TO THE GYM 4 TIMES A WEEK. BUT HAVENT GONE LATELY BECAUSE I PULLED A TENDON. THATS THE WORST FEELING. IT HAPPENED ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO. STILL HURTS. THANK GOD I HAVE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT ON THE 23RD. CHEAP DRUGS HERE I COME. LOL. THANK GOD I GET 3 DAYS OFF. GONNA REST UP FOR WORK. ON THE LOOSING WEIGHT TOPIC, I'VE LOST 57 POUNDS. 73 POUNDS TO GO. I SHOULD GET THERE IN ABOUT A YEAR OR TWO. WHEN I GET A CHOCOLATE CRAVING I GO TO PURDYS CHOCOLATES. THEY HAVE A SUGERLESS SECTION. THE HEDGEHOGS ARE TO DIE FOR. WELL ITS ALMOST BED TIME. BEEN A LONG DAY. WORK AND SHOPPING CAN DO IT TO YOU.

Maria, congrats on the 57 pounds of weight loss. That is awesome. I am just getting over an injury myself, so I've been taking it very easy on the exercise for the pat couple of weeks, which I hate, but it's important to let injuries heal. Anyway, keep up the great work.
