For muscle growth, on average, how often do you eat per day?
Was wondering, on average, how many times per day y'all eat for maximum muscle growth. Most body builders are eating like six times a day. Is this really necessary? I was doing IF for a long time, and only ate once or twice in the evenings. But, lately I've been upping the number of times I eat each day. I have noticed that I have been maintaining my weight on what surely is more calories. I'm planning on eating like six times per day during my upcoming experiment... where jeff and I eat like 5000 calories a day.
So, on average, how often do you eat per day to help with muscle growth?
