This is based upon the Iced coffee served at Bruegger's Bagels during the Summer. I'd bet money that this isn't how their's is made, but the taste is very similar.
***
Enough ground coffee to make 12 cups (I used Starbucks Bold Expresso Roast)
4 bags blueberry herbal tea (blueberry or raspberry go well with the coffee flavor--but I'm sure other types of tea could be used)
***
Place ground coffee into coffee maker. Cut open tea bags and pour on top of coffee grounds. Brew as usual.
Once brewed, cool and then transfer to a pitcher with ice in it.
You can have this plain of course, but the addition of sweetener and cream make it divine. I like to keep it black in the refrigerator and then add what I want to eat individual cup.
