Hi everyone!

I quietly hopped on the bus a few days ago and just wanted to introduce myself and say what a great group this is. I'd like to thank whoever posted the link to Jeff's MAM experiment over at ANC, 'cause I would never have found y'all otherwise!

Anyway, I'm yet another relative newbie, though I've made attempts at getting off the carbs before, I always backslid. I finally got smart to what my body was saying and went straight to ZC- I think I heard my cells cheering!  LOL

So I'm looking forward to learning from everyone's experience and though I may regret saying this, I'm willing to offer myself up for experiments Shock
Now, I can practically see   Devil 's popping up everywhere- just be relatively gentle and don't make me  Cry  and Outta Here

LOL heehee, I like that!

Hi Storm! (great name)

Welcome aboard, it's great to have you here!
Oh yes, plenty of  Devil  going on around here -I'm sure you'll fit right in! LOL

Congrats on making the commitment to ZC! Yeah, it can be hard, and can even take a few 'goes' to get the hang of it, but with perseverance and a determination to just get right back on track if you fall off, it can be done and the results are so worth the effort!  Sunny

Welcome to the Bus, Storm!

Sounds like you need to visit the back of the Bus right away! Wink You can offer yourself up for experiments back there that are way more interesting than the ones in the Metabolic Ward. Devil

Hello storm!

Welcome, as a newb myself, I can say that if you really want to do this you can.  It's really not that hard.  I'd be ZC if it was not for the vegetables I'm still eating Devil

Did anyone offer you kool-aid yet? If not,  Wine  There ya go!

That was probably me, actually.  And you're welcome.

I see you've already got some Kool-Aid.  So just relax, soak up some knowledge, and enjoy the ride!

Just ignore those whips and black leather boots strewn across the floor back there.  They're of no concern.   Devil

Shock Is this the part where we cue the same music as when the dippy heroine decides to go down into the basement who's lights have mysteriously stopped working just as she's being stalked by a serial killer??    LOL
