Guacamole

In food processor, combine:

4 avocados
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small tomato
1 small white onion
freshly squeezed lemon juice (from small lemon)
3 medium jalapeno peppers
1 medium clove garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp cayenne red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp Real Salt
several dashes Tabasco

Blend well till smooth.

Great for topping burgers, omelets, etc.
