Hi everyone.
Since active no carber forum is officially dead I've decided to move my ramblings to this forum.
I like the atmosphere overe here.
I will start some kind of log soon.

My current diet:
I eat mixed diet of cooked meats, saturated fats, eggs, dairy, coffee, tea, booze and some low carb junk (hotdogs, salami, nuts, raw meat etc).
From time to time I eat whatever I want even the deadly carbs.
As an experiment at the moment I'm trying to eat as much saturated fat as possible. So I eat mostly dairy, beef, little coconut products, booze, coffee, tea, water.
So less fatty pork, chicken skins, duck, eggs etc.
My main training goal is to complete Ironman thriatlone within next 5 years.
This year I'm just running, biking, swimming just to het used to it.
I still train muay thai and bjj but not on regular basis.
I train not for health benefits but to have fun and to challenge myself and sometimes just to slow me down a little.
