Hi all, new here got to the bus stop following a link in Hyperlipid blog.
I'm Rodrigo from Argentina, experimenting with this way of eating* for some time now (on and off.. strictly it's been just a week) and to know that i've got a place to jump in and get support (and learn from others' experiencies) is fantastic! Maybe this will give me the support I needed to keep on this track permanently.
Anyways! Just glad I've found the right bus!
ETA: this way of eating meaning LC with little vegs (chard, lettuce and broccoli) and 1 particular fruit-veg (tomato), the rest being eggs, cream, cheese, butter, meat and it's fat. Just to clarify .. not precisely 100% carnivore (yet?)
