I have always wanted to live in a Magic Colored Bus Cool

Hi, my name's Shannon...but my closest friends call me Shan.

I've been reading about the Bus Trip since December and decided it was time for me to jump on board.

I have lots of LC and VLC in my history. I came across Bear on ALC a few years back, tried it, but didn't stick with it. I've been flirting with the idea of going back to LC, VLC, or even ZC since December..but you know how life is. But since December my sister and I have both been hit with some serious medical issues (We are both very, VERY overweight) and I decided it was time to take the plunge and get serious about this healthier way of eating and weight loss.

I've been scanning ALC (I'm an old member there), LCF, zerocarbage, and the Bus for information, encouragement, ideas, etc.

I've decided I really like it here...y'all are on a great trip and your Kool-Aid seems a lot better than mine is Shock

That's my intro and I'm looking forward to a fun ride to health and who knows where else. Wave

Hiya Shan, welcome to the Bus!!

I jumped on the bus 6 weeks ago and I have lost 15 pounds and 5 inches!! I'm never gettin off the bus, Dean will have to drag me kicking and screaming....and maybe some handcuffs too. Devil

y0u, I've read your posts in the M&E thread on ALC...y0u've been doing awesome! I'm looking to repeat your success.

Bobi, How exciting to be here from the beginning! Everything I've read on here makes this seem like a fun and supportive place to be

I'm making tomorrow my official starting day...although I've been VLC today. I will start a journal, list my goals, etc.
