I'm back. I had a baby boy in January of this year. This major life change kinda hit me hard and I fell off the wagon hard. In short, I gained it all back.
Ouch.
I have one shirt I can wear that doesn't cling to my bloated belly. It's bright red. I feel like yelling "hay kool aid" in the mirror when I look at my reflection.
So today I hit up the grocery store and bought as much meat as I can afford. Tomorrow I'm declaring war on sugar and starch. I'm hoping I can make it two clean weeks. I don't want to put to much pressure on myself, so I'm just going to make the most of the next 14 days.

You're doing great. Fill yourself up to the gills with meat for the next two weeks, especially when you have cravings. You'll be fine, and so happy you did it.  |
