Some progress is better than none...so here goes..I still have 60 pounds to lose, but I am 1/3 of the way to my total goal.
Before at 240
 
After at 210 (15 inches, 30 pounds lost)

Hey Thanks gang!! I have been working really hard on my tummy this month. I am doing 150 crunches a day now. That is my problem area..I have always had shapely legs, and ok arms....all my weight is from face to waist...but I am shrinking..slowly but surely...

Ok..on a whim I tried on my old cycling gear that I have not fit into in over 4 years..it fits!! And I went on a 20 mile ride...and I didn't die...I'm getting my legs back...but still have that damn tummy tire..Those squats and crunches and walking are working..even if the pounds are not coming off.

Yes staying on the bus is important but some of us, on occasion, end up in the storage compartment for a day or two, until we get ourselves sorted out 
Then there's the back of the bus, and I've heard stories, but I daren't look back.

Cleaning out my closet..getting rid of all the fat girl clothing..and finding stuff I bought in hopes of fitting into some day.. Today was the day. That is a size 16-18 top and it fits well (I am rather busty so that might not change much)..and a L skirt..not an XL..not a 1X..not a 2X.
and my first profile shot..was way too embarassed to take one before..but believe me..I was way thicker in the middle. Still am thick there..but that will change with time.
