Where are those leaders of all that is bad in food on this? CSPI? You know the folks that made them get rid of making fries with animal fat and brought us trans fats?

If you have ever watched the Modern Marvels episode (on corn) on the making of HFCS it is unbelievable the process to make this product. It is pure large scale chemical manufacturing. They might as well be making pharmaceuticals. It looks like the same process.
