A Physicist's Weight Loss System
Seems to be scientifically valid according to this:

Thanks, Dan!
I may add that to my MAM Experiment here real soon, before the weather gets warmer. If I just sleep outside for the next few nights, I should burn lots of calories. As long as I don't get hauled off to a homeless shelter, I might lose some more body fat.

I don't think I'll be trying that method anytime soon, but I do believe it. I have a dog, a border collie, that spends alot of time outdoors, even in the winter. I notice she eats alot more food in the winter than in the summer.
It's like Taubes says about exercise, it's not really that good for weight loss. It just makes us hungrier.
