Been on and off, mostly vlc for 2 years, and low carb for like 3ish, However I will really start to see results on ZC or less than 20, I know it as my body changes when I stick with it, so here is me now, not happy but not too bad
I'd say for me about 15 or 20 more pounds till I'm satisfied
