Not bad!!!..put a little cinammon and butter on top and you are good to go
5 tbls of walnuts ground
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2tbls of sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten
3 tbls water
1 to 2 tsp of maple extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbls butter or coconut oil
In a medium sized bowl mix walnuts and baking powder.
Add sour cream,egg,water,extracts..mix well.
Ladle 2 tbls of the batter on a preheated and greased(butter or coconut oil) griddle or pan
cook 3 to 4 minuts on medium heat till golden brown or bubbles form on top.
Special note to the ladies* .
Once you have enjoyed these low carb and healthy pancakes,go immediatley to your digital camera and take pics of your self in a thong of any design and color and post these photos on this forum.

ummmm.... hmph! here is my favorite pancake recipe:
Mix together:
1 egg
1/4C almond flour
1/4C coconut milk
pour into a medium-hot frying pan with a dollop of coconut oil. Cook til slightly bubbley, flip. Enjoy! Can put on honey if paleo. Or sexy man in thong if not. (or woman, lol)

Yup! you can use a coffee grinder to do it. I buy the flour (Bob's Red Mill Brand, it's in the baking aisle at Pick N Save) and keep it in a container in the freezer.
