Hi, I'm Marcie. I've been a LCer for a long time, and through years of experiments and variations, I've narrowed down my optimal diet to lotsa fat / bit o' protein / trace carbohydrate. It would be hard to accomplish this on my budget on animal products alone, so yes, I do eat some plant products, too. Mainly the ones that are high fat and-or VLC. That's my intro, I guess!

Speaking of...
I was just at the back of the Bus, and I noticed a new batch of Kool-Aid. I think Shawn must've slipped one in on us while we were busy doing "other things" back there.
