Hi,

Today marks the one year anniversary of changing over to a low carb lifestyle. Besides getting off of BP meds and feeling great, I managed to also lose exactly 100 lbs in one year. I would like to lose another 35 lbs and then I will determine if I want to lose more. Wow, 35 lbs to go sounds so much better than 135 lbs!

I forgot I posted this here. I read your message first and then went through the thread backwards until I was looking a me. Sadly, I have been stalled since then. I am trying meat and water only for January to see if I can get past this awful plateau.
