They "suspect" the dietary fat and cholesterol.
Now, I wonder why THAT would be?!
Same old same old... It'll never end, will it?

Hmmm, they forgot to mention the sugar in the headline. Imagine that.....a diet high in fat and sugar is unhealthy. Who would have guessed? _________________ Eat, Drink and Be Merry, For Tomorrow We'll Die |

Oh no, it couldn't be the sugar. (sarcasm alert) Haven't you seen the new commercials telling us how safe HFCS is for us.

Yes, I have seen those new commercials. It's made from corn, which is a grain, so it must be healthy. And it's nutritionally the same a table sugar, which we know is harmless.
How about the new Splenda, with fiber added? Good grief! _________________ Eat, Drink and Be Merry, For Tomorrow We'll Die |

Jeff- I know. They (the mainstream "experts") annoy the heck out of me some days. It is all the same... make sure to get in several servings of grains, and all that milk to protect your bones, just as long as you cut down on the red meat and eggs. Have a lowfat cookie. (It makes steam come out of my ears... a funny sight indeed )
(she steps off soapbox, and heads out to find a good steak for supper- hehe) |

Heather- HaHa. Great minds think alike, right? Or is it just those of us who chose to take that red pill?
