Fish tends to be so low calorie, high protein, and low fat...gotta love it.
I have made variations on this regularly while LC.
4-8 oz. cooked shrimp, tuna, crab, or other fish, chopped in bite size pieces if necessary
Mayonnaise to taste
Dill relish to taste (the Heinz brand in the squeeze bottle has zero carbs/cals)
Dill weed to taste
Salt, pepper, onion powder, etc.
Mix 'er up and enjoy! You can serve over salad greens or just enjoy as is.
Tastes like fish with tartar sauce to me. I love tartar sauce.
Nutrition info for 5 ounces shrimp with 1.5 tablespoons of mayo:
0 carbs, 295 calories, 25.8 g protein, 18 g fat
