I love Chicken wings - and I like them to be really flavorful but don't care so much for hot wings so I've been experimenting and this last batch turned out really great (in my opinion).
Ingredients:
Fresh Chicken Wings
NoSalt (optional)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 450
Line a cookie tray with NON-STICK tinfoil
Wash and cut wings discarding tips
Arrange wings skin side up on cookie sheet so they do not touch
Apply all seasonings as liberally as you like
Bake at 450 until the skin begins to crisp and lightly brown. This took about 45mins in my oven for 2lbs
Remove from oven and brush melted butter over the wings
Place wings under broiler for approx 1 min. *Stay and watch this process as you don't want to burn the skin, just really crisp it up*
Remove when skin is as crispy as you like it and enjoy!
*I don't flip my wings because I really like the top crispy skin with a moist bottom that has been cooking in the chicken fat - YMMV
