This guy claimed that primitive man only ate lean meat ..
Is it not possible in the theory of primeval eating that when we hunted down a woolly mammoth or large animal we ate the lean meat as it was the tastiest and we couldn't eat the whole woolly mammoth? We didn't have a refrigerator to store the rest in, so left it for the vultures and hyenas to come along after us and clean up? |

Yeah right - primitive man who needed all the nourishment and energy he could get, to hunt, ate only the less tasty, less filling lean and left the delicious fat for the scavengers.
Makes perfect sense. |

Kind of like the trainer at the gym that told me not to use very heavy weights and do lots of reps because heavy weights and low reps make you lose muscle.
Oh and the one that told me deadlifts and squats weren't for beginners.. |

Experience has taught me one thing:
The mainstream "experts" are usually wrong. Find out what they think, and do the opposite! This goes for diet, exercise.....just about everything.
