Better than coconut oil?
And a note on sage...it is VERY easy to grow. If you have the space, get a plant. They need to be replaced about every 4 or 5 years, but you will have plenty of good herbs from it during that time. _________________ http://wifezillasway.blogspot.com/ |

wifezilla: I dont know if it's better or not to be honest, I just copied the recipe from Bee's site
Thyme Tea
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not use medicinally if you have a thyroid condition. Studies show the herb suppresses normal thyroid activity.
Step1 Rinse a couple of twigs of fresh thyme from your garden or use 1 teaspoon of the dried herb.
Step2 I like to use a bamboo strainer to hold the herb.
Step3 Pour one cup of boiling water over the herb and steep 5 to 10 minutes.
Step4 I like to sweeten with Agave Nectar (less calories, less carbs) but honey is fine.
