How about an ab excercie that you can virtually do anywhere? In the car,putting on your make up, at your desk,during ESC..ok maybe not then.

I was going through some old muscle mags and came upon an old pic of Frank Zane doing his legendary vaccum pose.

I forgot how great of an excercise this is.

The one thing that this article fails to mention is that you need to blow all the air out of your stomach,not your lungs. I know that sounds odd but once you do it,you'll know what I'm talking about.

I had an ex girlfriend who did these at the check out stand during her shift and combined with a low carb diet,had a set of abs to kill for.

You can do advanced forms of it while lying on the floor or on all fours with an arch in your back.

Check out the great pic of Zane..Looks like is waist is 2 inches thick and he has no internal organs,,

Jeff,
I was posting his pic to show you how the excercise can help tone up the waist and help make it more defined..

Would you believe that this guy weighs barely over 190 and he is a 3 times Mr. Olympia?
