It's this kinda garbage which promotes the diseases of civilization caused by massive carb consumption and gets my blood boiling!  The Food Industry, Big Pharma and Medicine PROFIT from this type of shit, by keeping everyone SICK and FAT!

I have not read the book, but I believe this is the premise of Dr. Barry Groves new book, Trick And Treat. They trick us into eating as crappy diet so they can treat us and get rich.
