Hi,
I tried the bacon cheese rolls. I made two mini rolls (I sliced the bacon in half). I made one like the recipe and then I made another with a few tweaks. After the bacon was browned, I spread some salsa over the bacon and then added the cheese. I ate it with a bit of sour cream - yummy. I think it would be good with some tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, cheese and then pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. I am not going to try it quite yet, I am trying to back to ZC. This may be something I try again later on though. Val |
