What is the average age on the Magic Bus???

I'm 40 and think that the younger peps have missed out on the lower carb diets. Someone hip needs to shake things up!!!

Once these younger hep cats hit their 30s or 40s, and their metabolism has been wrecked by years of glucose punishment, they'll start seeing the need to cut out the junk and get on the Bus. Wink

I have a friend that I went out to lunch with this last week, and she was asking me my age. I told her I am 39 and she was really surprised. I think she thought I was much closer to her age (30). We look very much the same, and can do all of the same kinds of things, so it is logical. I think some of it is also in my style. Dunno

The other week the guy I was spotting for at the gym thanked me and called me a "good kid". I thought to myself, he isn't THAT much older than I am. I am not sure I like being called a kid, but I guess it beats some of the other alternatives. LOL

I've been eating VLC/ZC for 35 yrs...
It definitely stops the aging process..

and with all the fat we eat, i do believe that it keeps our skin supple and moist..
our joints lubed, and our bones strong..

i wouldn't ever pose topless, i'm too old!
