Another Jeff, lolHello this is the same Jeff726 from the active no-carbers forum. I thought I would register here just to see what it's like. Of course I still post over at ANC, but I don't see a problem with posting on more than one. 
I've never been able to get over my carb addiction, though I have tried several times. As I am a volunteer firefighter and am studying for my EMT license, I want to be a better example of health for those that I work with and for those I am called upon to help out. My professions and current weight of 330 or so, do NOT mix! I also am 26 years old and don't want to die at 45 of a stroke like my father did.

So, as long as we watch that capitalization, I don't think we should have a problem communicating on the Bus.

Hey Jeff, welcome. Yes, I remember you from ANC. Like Dean said, as long as you capitalize your name, there should not be any confusion. Dean thinks I'm too lazy to set my drink down and hit the shift key. I'll never tell the real reason I like to keep that left hand free.

Maybe you should give the one day at a time challenge a try or at least try eliminating certain items every few days until you are low carb.
