Who would have guessed that beef is teeming with so many nutrients?
I especially like the fat breakdown. Interesting to note that there in more mono-unsaturated fat than saturated.....yet they are always blithering about all the sat fat in beef and that we should be eating more mono's. Of course, we know that sat fat is healthy too.

311.52 calories from protein
816.48 calories from fat
That ratio looks really good to me!
Notice also the high amount of Potassium.
I would have expected a pound of ground meat to contain more protein than that.

What most people forget is that meat is mostly water. 78g protein and 91g fat is 169 grams. There are about 452g in a lb. That leaves a little more than 280g (or 63% by weight) as water in every pound of meat.
This is actually pretty calorie/nutrient dense compared to plant foods like fruits and vegetables, many of which are 85 - 95% water.
