Beef Tenderloin AlfredoAny steak will do, but I happened to use a big chunk of tenderloin tonight. I made the kids pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce. (I know, I'm a horrrible father). I seared my steak, like usual. When it was done, I poured some of the alfredo sauce over the steak and then sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on top. Delicious!!! ( I judge my meals based on how much they would make the average nutritionist cringe. )
