Carb count in eggs?I'm doing an egg challenge within the May challenge and was trying to figure out how many eggs I could do before hitting the 10g mark? Naturally, I managed to calculate a range of 12 (fitday) to 23! (usda) Have we agreed on a rough number anywhere on the board? I always get extra large eggs (how much of a difference could it be?) I just don't want to go over or I'll have to do extra raw days to get my points!

I believe that one large egg has a carb count of 0.8g.

0.6g for large eggs
0.7g for extra large (you could eat 14)
0.8g for jumbo

Thanks!
I shall use the .7 (Dean's challenge, Dean's number ) Now if only I can figure out why after 6 eggs through the day I wanted to

Got those numbers from FitDay. I have the purchased FitDay that resides on my hard drive. I just put 100 of each raw eggs in and got the numbers that way. I don't think I could eat more than 5 eggs a day. Unless, of course, they were deviled eggs. Then, I could probably eat a hundred.

Wow. 0.8 to 0.6 to 0.4... Storm, you'll be able to eat a couple dozen now.

I use extra large eggs and CalorieKing says they are 0.4 carbs each.
