Cheese and constipation

Some are eating cheese or starting this month! Is this guy just  Bonkers or don't you notice any thing (he didn't eat much and had fat with it as well)?

I only have problems if I eat alot of cheese.  I'm ok with up to about 4 ounces per day.  I don't eat that much every day, just saying that's how much it takes to cause problems.

I only have problems with cheese if I down masive quantities like 200g (8oz) or something. 4 oz is fine.

coconut oil is a fix I suppose..  A daily regimen of 500mg of magnesium citrate before bed works very well for me, and I eat quite a lot of cheese on some days.
