Dairy-Free 'Latte'If you can't have dairy, but love creamy, frothy coffee, try this:
In a blender, whizz 1 egg, plus 2 yolks. Then, with the motor running, through the poury thingy, drizzle in a cup of freshly brewed very hot strong coffee or, even better, cafe americano.
It will be creamy and foamy and delicious and almost identical to a latte or a cappuccino. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. If you want it more creamy and less foamy, add more yolks and omit the whole egg. The egg white is mainly what creates the foam and the egg yolk creates the creamy yummy factor.

When I got up today, I knew I was out of half & half, so I was gonna walk over to the store and get some. When I looked outside I noticed it had snowed and sleeted and looked fairly treacherous. Thought about doing black coffee and immediately decided against it, but then I remembered this recipe and thought it would be a great time to try it.
