Don't make me ride in the back of the bus!!!!It's scary back there!!!
Hey everyone. I've been lurking here for a few days and decided to join. Looks like it is a laid back kind of place and that's cool. I post mainly on one other LC board but as I have been going mostly ZC, I'm branching out a bit. I do recognize some of the names here, so "HI" to all of you.
I've been ZC for about 12 days now and it's been going great. I am a big meat eater, so this WOE is not a problem at all for me. This morning I had bacon for breakfast, beef sticks for a snack, ribs for lunch (no bbq sauce), and some Sirloin tip roast for dinner. Yummmy!!!
Anway, just stopping by to introduce myself and get plugged in here a bit. One quick question, do we have cup holders on the bus?? I usually carry my water with me and don't want to spill any.

Yes we are rather low key and very flexible here. A nice little group of zero carbers, carnivores and very low carbers.

This looks like it is much less militaristic than a different board I looked at joining. Just felt very much like it was their way or the wrong way. I like the laid back, experimental style of this board.
PS.. I don't think you want me to enter any wet t-shirt contest.  That's something I don't even want to see.

Or if anybody is driving the Bus! Sometimes it's on autopilot while we're all busy in the back.
