El Pato BeefEl Pato!
It's really nice and spicey. :)
It's so easy, too.
Take a large frying pan, put in some fat (I use coconut oil), and add sliced onions (or not). Once they get going, add your beef. When it's slightly browned, dump some (depends on how much meat you have) el pato in it. El Pato is by the mexican food stuff at the store, in a yellow 8 oz can, with a duck on one side. Cook on low until it gets nice and thick and gooey.
It was pretty spicy the first time I made it, husband didn't like it, but you know, after the 5th mouthful i couldn't sense my tastebuds anymore, and it was really good!
I also did this with chicken, was great. I just used less el pato.
