Fruity Iced CoffeeThis is based upon the Iced coffee served at Bruegger's Bagels during the Summer. I'd bet money that this isn't how their's is made, but the taste is very similar.
***
Enough ground coffee to make 12 cups (I used Starbucks Bold Expresso Roast)
4 bags blueberry herbal tea (blueberry or raspberry go well with the coffee flavor--but I'm sure other types of tea could be used)
***
Place ground coffee into coffee maker. Cut open tea bags and pour on top of coffee grounds. Brew as usual.
Once brewed, cool and then transfer to a pitcher with ice in it.
You can have this plain of course, but the addition of sweetener and cream make it divine. I like to keep it black in the refrigerator and then add what I want to eat individual cup.
