Gain any weight in April?

I'm thinking these monthly challenges keep "some" of us from drifting into carb land... or weight gain land..

I went away and knew I wouldn't be eating totally on program..
but I have no plans to go anywhere for May...

anyone up for some kind of challenge to keep us on track?

I really liked the monthly challenges.  Keeps me accountable and I am highly competitive..can't help it.. Grin

I'd go for a "keep in moving" exercise challenge...maybe combined with a "positive" eating plan... This way we can cheer each other on and get inspired by our peers.

i've pulled out my total gym and have begun to exercise, daily.... in spite of CW saying that exercising will make us gain weight...

It does initially..but I don't care..I'd rather be toned...and the other health benefits outweigh the weight....He got that from Taubes anyway..

Well, May is like tomorrow. So, I would suggest you have a challenge that anyone can jump into during the month.

What do you guys wanna have? Let me know. It's no big deal. I think it is good to have monthly challenges. I think it's even better when they can include a lot of different goals that people have.

How about a May Day Mayhem challenge....I still like the idea of it involving exercise..it's a good time of year..just an idea.

exercise, food program, see if anyone drops any weight challenge?
i haven't lost any weight in forever..
i'm not traveling at all in May, that I'm aware of..
and no plans for any dinner parties..

so, i'd like to have a May challenge..
