Hi. I'm Karen, and although new here, I've been LC since last fall. I've been lurking here after reading some of Dean's posts in a thread on another forum a little while back. You are all having so much fun here, I couldn't help but jump on the bus!
After trying a few different LC plans, I am ready to go back to meat, fish, eggs, and butter. Oh and mayo. Can't forget the mayo. I  mayo. Maybe someday I'll even it enough to make my own - lol.
Anyways, thanks for letting me jump on (the bus, that is)  . I'm looking forward to the lighter side of LC - literally and figuritavely - and I'm definitely up for some Kool-Aid!

Yeah, the Pig has great meat. Whole beef tenderloins are $2.99 a pound this week. They are too lean, but for that price I can wrap some bacon around them.

Jeff- It seems like people like to wrap bacon around just about anything... from the various pics and things posted here. Beef tenderloin with bacon sounds fab. Sadly we don't have the Pig around here... unless you count all the livestock.  No hunting pigs or cows allowed though.hehe

Thanks for the welcome Heather. Although I've tried bacon wrapped around tenderloin, I've never tried bacon wrapped around *anything*...
