Or, as AC likes to do... shoot up glucose juice. Even Kool-Aid spiked glucose juice, during the holidaze.

I haven't noticed any hindering of my weight training from following LC. I may not be a true test, though, since I am not adding that many pounds of muscle mass. My strength is still slowly progressing upwards.
Has anyone here noticed a problem with weight training and LC? Just wondering.
