Going out for lunchi've put a link to a menu to a place i'm going after my photo shoot tomorrow..anyone see anything here that looks ZC friendly? Gorgonzola Bone in Ribeye, tell them to give you extra veggies and skip the garlic mashed, throw in a couple of Hefeweizens for me, will ya? Maybe a pomegranite martini for dessert?

When I go out to eat I order the largest steak with baked potato, extra butter. I scoop the butter onto my steak. I also order a salad.
I EAT THE STEAK AND LEAVE THE REST ON THE TABLE!!!

Oops, I just saw your $20 limit.
That is going to pose a bit of a challenge, but the Seared Tuna sounds really good. Also, the Churrasco Steak sounds pretty good, too. I'd be hard pressed not to order the Pasta Jambalaya or the Seafood Paella. Anytime you throw in a handful of different meats, the outcome is generally very tasty! |

yeah, this is what we're up against when we go out on a social function..
tempted by fabulous sides, marinaded meat or just lots of BBQ sauce or sauce reductions.. will have to get used to this... thanks people. i like the chorizo dish, too. ;) i haven't had pasta in 2 yrs... or more. since i dropped grains. |

Gordon Biersch Cheeseburger 9.95 Märzen Barbecue Burger with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and our Märzen barbecue sauce 10.95 Ask for no BBQ sauce. Mushroom Swiss Burger with sautéed mushrooms and melted swiss cheese 10.50 I like the burgers because they are huge. 10 ounces. I could eat that. Wait I am eating that right now! No bun or fires. Maybe a salad instead? I don't eat salad usually but if you do? Does the 20 bucks include drinks and tip? If not this sounds good as a starter: Crispy artichoke Hearts* topped with Parmesan and lemon aioli 9.50 (I'm hoping by crispy they mean broiled or fried but no batter) Enjoy lunch, have a drink for me.

Had a great time...
the burger was lean and dry, 10 oz of medium/well done cooked beef. i had it sans the bun and instead of fries, they gave me a bowl of sauteed mushrooms. great beer too! |

Lean and dry? You poor thing. Did you ask for butter on the side? I just finished eating another 1/2 lb burger with butter. I'm hungry today. Sounds like you had a good time. Hope you had an extra beer for me.

I went to shoot photographs of buildings..
I shot more photo's of the other photographers, than i did with the buildings.. but i did get a couple neat shots of buildlings.. here's a photo of a gang of adult skaters that wizzed past me.
