Lynne

i had a great day...
the kids took me for greek food.
the only thing i would have to say wasn't conducive to my lifestyle was the honey, walnuts and greek yogurt that was as thick as ice cream!!!!
it was farking awesome..

thanks again everyone!
ok... back to program!!!
Susan

Lynne, wow..... baklava?... tell us how you feel today? Gotta love the  Greeks Yup !
Lynne

no, not the baklava.. i don't do gluten..
it was the greek yogurt bowl drizzled with honey and walnut pieces..
they eat it for breakfast and dessert in greece..

and the honey... wow, it tasted like nothing i have bought at the supermarket!!!!  and the yogurt, it was as thick as ice cream!!!
very sensual, i might add. ;)
Lynne

the only things that were against my lifestyle was:

yogurt
honey
walnuts
red wine
small dusting (gluten) flour on the calamari.. but there really wasn't much. this wasn't commercial bought, they prepared it homemade..
