Heather's Physical Activities

No I haven't done any activities yet, I am starting and accountability log so that I can remind myself to do some exercise.

I should think that your training for your upcoming half-marathon qualifies as an ACTIVITY. And flirting with various guys on here...and.... Yup

Saturday I ran 20 minutes in the park.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Bonkers



It did feel really good to get the legs moving again. Yup

I did 44 minutes, I think 4 miles. Hopefully I don't have as much "energy" now, yeah right. Roll Eyes

I did weights yesterday. LOL

Now my thighs hurt, the next day, from squats and it feels exactly the same as my thighs felt the day after running 13 miles....... I think I'll take it easy today as I can hardly move.

I also have a callenetics dvd on the way. I will have to give the infamous workout a try. Wink

Weight lifting again, I think I killed my thighs last time, I can still feel the burn. Devil

I lifted more and more reps today.

But my thighs are still sore, any reason why? Too much weight? Form? I dont get it....

They'll be sore for a few days. You are just using muscles you are not used to using....and you are using them in a different way. After the initial soreness wears off, you shouldn't have any more problems.

I'm sore everywhere it seems, my shoulders, thighs, butt....

I walked 1 mile uphill.

Lifted as much as I could, I really pushed myself.

Then I actually ran 1 mile. Yup
