My daughter just saw these pics and asked if I was pregnant.... My kids don't remember me being fat.
I am also alot narrower, that doesn't really show up in these photos.

Your progress is amazing. Did you alter the skirt and shirt, or are they smaller versions? You barely look like the same person. I never noticed before, but you look a bit like Nicole Kidman, particularly in your racing pics.

I had to get a new shirt, the old one became huge on me. The skirt was quite tight and has an elastic at the back, now the skirt is loose and the elastic doesn't stretch.
I need some new clothes....

Well from a female perspective, I find Heather's waist size to be amazing in those pictures. Well not the size itself, but the fact that there is a waist and it's smaller than the rest of the body, something that I have not yet found on me

I didn't realize there was that much difference and back when I weighed 150 I thought I was thin. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the body changes. I always automatically think I'm fat then I remember after that maybe I'm not.  My brain does not see the same thing my eyes see.

I can totally relate to that. I still do not think of myself as a thin person. Every time I look in a full length mirror, I am shocked. Great work, Heather. You should be very proud of what you've accomplished. Especially with all the stress and adversity you've faced the past few years. You are incredible.

Thank you, I'm still amazed that that is me and how much I've lost.
What a journey, I think the very first picture in the first post was in 2005, so it's been 3.5 years and the difference is about 83 lbs lost.

It has been quite a journey, hasn't it? Getting rid of that 250 pounds of excess baggage has helped, too!

People kept asking what the occasion was and my daughter was telling them that we always dress like that. It was too funny. I also had purple pompoms that I ran with but they aren't in the pictures.
And the skort I wore because I couldn't find any running shorts that fit me, those are my daughters. But they were just too cute....
Long term zero carb.... and you know I still get a hard time from my sister and friends about zero carb not being healthy. What more evidence do I need?
