Hello to everyoneI've followed Bear's style of eating since reading through his thread in July 2007 with the exception of most cheeses. Oddly enough, the only cheeses I can really eat are sheep's milk cheeses like manchego or zamorano for whatever reason. Other than those, it is mostly Beef(Ribeye), Egg yolks, and butter. I can see the morale here is alive and well and it's good to be a part of it.
I'm happy to be on the Bus.

Welcome to the Bus. If you find your way to the back of the bus, someone will hand you some kool-aid. Don't worry - Magic Bus kool-aid has no sugar, is high in cholesterol, and tastes almost as good as red palm oil.
