hey there
I came over to the bus from another forum where I saw jeffs experiment posted. I thought it was really interesting and then I saw the posts on liver and onions and tallow
somethings about me:
*ive only recently cut out the veggies and dairy from my eating (maybe a month or so). I know when I eliminate dairy that my mind feels so much clearer. I do eat sunflower butter once a week (allergic to peanuts) and I love organic butter.
*I am a big foodie (I love to cook and I love to look at pictures of food). I love to talk recipes and give suggestions to people even though I may not eat that particular food. I have a huge collection of recipes. if you know me from another board, youve probably seen me post alot in the recipe areas.
*I have been doing LC for five (?) years now. the first six months I lost 70 pounds.
*I love to read about nutrition and biological science and things like that. human physiology is very intriguing. vitamins are a big fascination of mine too. I know way more than my mind can handle at this point.. and I just keep shoveling stuff in there.
*although my posts may come across differently - I am a real sweetheart
anyways.. if you have any questions about me, I suppose this is the place to ask them!
