Hi from DenmarkHello from Denmark. I have been lurking here awhile and think it's great to have friends along for the 'ride'. Makes it much more fun!
I have only been following this VLC way of eating for about 3 weeks. Prior to that, and a slip off the wagon, I did Atkins for 8 months with good success. I'm having some ups and downs eating this way but know that this is a journey I want to take!
I'll be away for a few days... but I'll be back to join the October challenge! It is exactly what I need!
Looking forward to some interesting trips!

Kacey!
So glad you could hop aboard.
This WOE is interesting, since you have to figure out by experimentation what the best approach is for you, and what gives you the best results. The main thing to remember is the body has to adapt to these changes, and that can take awhile, so, patience is something one has to employ.
We have people on the Bus who eat nothing but raw meat, to those who eat mostly cooked food, to those who eat more fruits and veggies, and even some other foods as well. Some eat higher animal fat than others, some do dairy while others try to avoid it, and some are still trying to figure out what is optimal for their particular situation. It's a very experimental group here. I really look forward to hearing more about your journey into this, and what you have discovered so far.
Thanks for jumpin' on the Bus. Help yourself to some Kool-Aid and enjoy the trip.

Hi Kacey,
Welcome. This is a great group. I am currently stuggling with my eating. It can be a lifelong battle sometimes.
